About Us & Authenticity

Are all your products authentic?

Yes — 100% authentic, guaranteed. Every trading card and collectible is verified at our South Gate, California facility before listing. We don't sell counterfeit, proxy, or reproduction cards. If we ever ship you something inauthentic, you get a full refund and we cover all shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every order ships free. No minimum, no membership, no fine print. Shipping Cost: $0.00.

How long does shipping take?

Handling: 3 business days. Transit: 3-8 business days. Total: 6-11 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Currently US-only including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Use the Track Your Order page or the carrier's tracking site.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately at support@thegraveyardtcg.shop or +1 (323) 835-5989. We file the carrier claim and send a replacement or refund. You're never responsible for transit loss/damage.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Items in original condition. Full refund. We pay return shipping.

Do you charge return shipping?

No. Return Shipping Fee: $0.00. We email you a prepaid label.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Restocking Fee: $0.00. Your refund is 100% of what you paid.

How long do refunds take?

Credit/debit cards: 3-5 business days. PayPal: 1-2 business days. Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (via Shopify Payments), PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are PCI DSS Level 1 secured.

When am I charged?

Immediately when you place your order. For pre-orders, you're charged in full at pre-order placement.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. 256-bit SSL encryption. We don't store complete card numbers.

Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Reserve upcoming releases, charged in full at pre-order time, ship within 3 business days of arriving at our facility.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

What if a release is delayed?

We email you the new date. You can keep the pre-order at the same locked-in price or cancel for a full refund.
